Client success makes us happy

Friday, June 4th, 2010

We at The Martin Group like to toot our own horn every now and then. It’s just who we are. But not today. Today we would like to throw a big congratulations out to our client Orville’s Home Appliances for their success this past weekend with their annual warehouse sale.

Creating a great creative product can be exhilarating for our people. Giving a client exactly what they are looking for is a pretty good feeling too. Combining all of the hard work, planning and strategy into a successful campaign for our client? Well, that just creates a warm fuzzy feeling for all of us.

Congratulations to Orville’s.

Bust a move.

Wednesday, May 20th, 2009

The Martin Group is undergoing the world’s quickest move! In just a couple days (Friday, to be exact), we will be making the short trek up Delaware Avenue to our new digs in the New Era building – that’s 160 Delaware Avenue.

It’s an exciting opportunity for us Groupies and our clients, as we’ll leave a 2,500-square-foot space for one with 4,700.

We’ll be up and running on Tuesday, May 26. Feel free to stop by to check out our new space.

Keith Crippen, R.I.P.

Thursday, February 12th, 2009

Everyone is a light. But there are very few lights like Keith Crippen.

When Keith passed away yesterday, the world became a much dimmer place. His mere presence was hopeful, electrifying and downright restorative – the man’s laugh alone could defrost your windshield.

It goes without saying that Keith’s legacy will be invaluable. He was a brilliant creative mind, a kaleidoscope of style and sophistication, a beacon of individuality in a monotonous world. The people he’s loved, taught and inspired will make the world a better place.

People were drawn to Keith’s dazzling light. And in the wake of his passing, it’s as if the Aurora Borealis has left the heavens, never to amaze us again.
